Spanish Wedding Photography

I had the pleasure of traveling to Spain while working as a wedding photographer to photograph this beautiful Spanish wedding. I’m always inspired by the change of scenery,cuisine and culture when photographing a European wedding. I love Los Angeles and the dynamic nature of this city, however finding new inspiration in far away places can lend a new perspective to my work.

I almost didn’t post this European destination wedding on the blog because I created a custom designed slideshow gallery for this couple. After delivering the gallery and photos I kept moving on to the next wedding edits, as is often the case since delivering to my clients on time takes priority over posting on my blog! I am SO glad I decided to include this in my “post this on the blog at some point” list! This wedding merits being seen! I cannot with words express the innate beauty that lingered in the air throughout this beautiful day. I so enjoyed weaving this story once again to share with you all. It took place at the venue of El Far, located in Llafranc on the renown Costa Brava of Spain. Her Vintage Bohemian Wedding Dress was personally designed by Spanish designer Jose Maria Peiro – His gowns are truly one of a kind, do check out his site!

Santa Barbara Wedding – Rookwood Women’s Club

Santa Barbara Wedding

Last year Stacey and Nick hired me as their wedding photographer for their beautiful Santa Barbara Wedding.

The first time I met Stacey, it was at a little French Cafe in Venice. She was at a table in the courtyard when I arrived, and as soon as I sat down, we began chatting, about life.
It probably wasn’t until a good twenty minutes later that we even began any wedding talk. It is as though we had been friends for years, and were just catching up over a cup of coffee.
Needless to say, the day I drove up to Santa Barbara for Stacey & Nick’s wedding, I was full of excitement to capture their day, and just plain happy to see them on such a special occasion in their lives.
The details, so beautifully planned by Percy Sales Events, were natural and bright and beautiful to photograph, but I found even more joy in capturing all the candid little moments throughout their day.
It was a wedding where all the guests were sincerely there for the couple with so much love – it was an energy that could be felt through and through.
I was so happy to be a part of it, to witness it, and capture it.

Autumn Wedding in Manhattan

I had the delight of photographing Diana & Adam’s Wedding in New York City earlier this month.
Capturing their beautiful day in this setting {venue – 632 Hudson St.} was utterly inspiring.
The light is different in Autumn, and New York light is vastly different from Southern California weddings, particularly in a three story brownstone…
The colors were rich, and dark and utterly alluring. Feeling exquisitely bewitched as I edit these!
